DKC is infamous around these parts
PSE noise limit (in dB)

Does anyone know how much noise (in dB) the 991 PSE makes in "quiet" and "loud" mode?

I'm planning to go on my first track day every and unfortunately due to a failed crossover valve solenoid my PSE is now stuck in loud mode. I'm trying to see if I need to get this fixed urgently before my track day which has a limit of 105dB.

Thanks!

Fabspeed has a few videos that show their aftermarket race x-pipes hitting a maximum of 105-107db. PSE is quieter, so you should be fine at the track.

Regardless, the PSE valves automatically open above 3300rpm with enough throttle, so you wouldn't be able to keep the car in "quiet" mode anyway.
