It's not.. It's a Porsche Exclusive option, which is sorta a semi custom thing. All of course for a price.. In some cases it also can add time to your build.

It is sort of vague as to what and how you do it. But here is a link to the examples on the porcheusa site. Here is a link on the porsche USA site where you can download the exclusives for an "S". . There is a list towards the end which outlines the kinds of things. It isn't real detailed though, for stitching there are a bizillion options.. If you search for "Z" options I think you will hit a list somewhere. Also someone posted a really nice youtube video that goes over all the stitching option that he got. Very informative..

without breaking the bank there are a number of things you can do i think.

Thanks. I couldn't be happier with this interior.

You can order the aluminum trim for the shifter surround and the dash and swap it in. It should be a fairly quick installation.

I'm not certain about the doors, though. I think I had heard that the horizontal trim on the doors is a permanent part of the door card.
