Spot on Tony. The roads here have been atrocious. Guess it's no surprise those little areas have literally been sand blasted.

You were right though, in that Porsche could just put some of that chip-resistant paint there...or some sort of guard and it would solve the problem. From an engineering standpoint, it would be easy as pie! I don't know of many other cars that have such an exposed area to chips.....
