Finalized photoshoot (HRE, Wheel Enhancement, Akrapovic and Techart)

My good friend and an even more amazing photographer, Alex Stone (www.fotosbyalex.com), did a night day photoshoot with my Porsche C2S.

Everything was purchased and installed by Wheel Enhancement in Los Angeles.

- 20" HRE P101s (Brushed Red)
- Michelin PSS
- Akrapovic Exhaust
- Techart Springs

Oh my!!! this looks amazing. There is something from the color scheme of some 997.2 GT3RS (Grey + red wheels). Like it a lot. Congrats

That one pic of the key inside would be awesome if the key cover was agate

Awesome, Pert. Can't believe I'm saying this, but I love the entire package, wheels included. Good stuff!

Much appreciated!! What I really like about the Porsche community is that you can have an aggressive looking car without having it slammed. That's not the way it felt with some of the other brands I have owned and modified. I love the drop that the SPASM and Techart Springs provide and with a more aggressive Wheel/Tire combo, it sits perfectly in my opinion!!

The S101s I have coming will be in a Satin Black Face with a Gloss Black lip -- a more conservative look. And the P107s will be a finish I would rather just post up and let people have their own reaction and express their appreciation or distaste for it. And no, it's not fuchsia or pink.

Not pink?! You're letting us down, man.

I definitely agree with the look. In fact, that was the point I was trying to make: even though the wheels pop out and grab your attention, it doesn't look tacky, or even too aftermarket. Love it.

Since you mentioned the springs, how do you like the ride with SPASM and the TechArt springs? Did you notice a big difference before/after the springs? I (and many others here) have avoided springs in order to retain factory ride quality. I stepped into my 911 from a lowered, modded muscle car; I was not ready to transform the 911's (dare I say) soft ride into something harsh and unbearable in LA traffic.

Since getting the Springs I have not noticed a decreased ride quality at all. And I live in Downtown San Diego with crappy streets that might rival Downtown LA --- ok maybe come in 2nd or 3rd next to LA. In Sport Plus (with stiffer suspension), the freeway driving actually feels better if that is to be believed (although that may just be a placebo effect) than before I had the springs. On downtown streets the drive quality difference is negligible if anything. I usually drive around on Sport Plus with the stiffer suspension so I have yet to gauge whether driving with the "normal" suspension setting is appreciably better/worse since the springs.

I am sure the P107s will spark enough good conversation to make some think I might as well have done pink. But I have seen the color combo I am choosing put on a car with a very similar exterior color as mine, and I really loved how it meshed.

Great, thanks for the input. I may consider springs in the near future, along with a set of P101s. I've been digging the look since HRE debuted the model. There are a few white 991s around with gold, black, and gray P101s mounted, and they look great
