If you're on AT&T or T-Mobile you do!

We don't? Hmm maybe if you have CDMA that is true..

It's for the integral gsm phone.. You can give your cat it's own phone instead of linking to yours... Also if your phone supports the right profile you can use the cars gsm phone with the sim in your phone.. Unfortunately not of great use.. So we all have a PCM with a hole in it

Maybe I am wrong but even Verizon has gone to their version of a SIM. While this module is GSM only you can use a regular SIM or smaller form SIM with an adapter. But you do have to have the phone module installed. I bought an ATT go-SIM and use it from time to time.

Very useful if your phone battery dies in the middle of nowhere.
Simply take out your SIM card and slot it in.
(Only applicable to GSM networks).
