Alcohol blood level was 2x PA limit. Maybe the bar for letting him drive drunk. Philly bars do call cabs and rides are free. Who knows how that went down. Just glad we weren't on the streets when he was.

The only way I see Porsche being liable for anything is if it is proven that they knew of a hidden defect that could lead to a failure in these cars (think FORD Pinto) and did nothing about it.

 

This makes me sick.

Family ls probably hoping a check will be written for them to go away...why we need loser pays tort reform in all states to stop frivolous cases.

 

You are correct. She sued McDonalds because she had "no idea that hot coffee was in fact hot". Because of her all drinks that contain any thing warmer than ambiant temp has a caution hot liquid stamped on the cup. She gave birth to the Stella Awards, given to people who sue for no reason and win big.
