That does sound fabulous. My issue is that if I build a garage that large, I can't afford to put an appropriately-sized house next to it.

a 30x60 ft HOUSE here in Palo Alto would sell for minimum $2-2.5 million..to as much as $12 million if a tear down on a " huge" half acre lot, with multiple cash offers , depending on the street ...average buyer age 30

that could be $50-100 million in the most prime part of nearby horsey Woodside ..for something like your Midwest spread, one has to pay current Ferrari 250 GTO money here
that's the real reason why all the VCs there "only " drive Tesla S s...that's all the money they have left after buying their modest estates
