What is appealing about the 50th wheels holds true between my 2 choices. The appeal of the 50th to me is the simplicity. Not a lot of bling. Not a lot of spokes. It goes with the Targa.

The Classics are also structurally simple and single spokes like the 50ths. The turbo wheels with the double spokes have pop in my opinion with coupes and cabs but are too much for the targa, maybe busy is the best way to describe. Just my opinion.

I am going with the classics and adding 5mm spacers. I think down the road I would consider a Fuchs type wheel such as the 50th as an alternate.

When you scroll between the two pics you provided the classics look better, the second choice looks to busy almost at competitive odds with the lines of the targa.

Fuchs down the road or the sport classic wheels would go great on the targa.

Agree. FYI Suncoast has the 50th wheel and tire set for 8275.00. Just saw that. Old sport classic won't fit the 991, they don't list it as fitting anyway.

They also sell the 50th logo emblem, sills and bumper grilles if anyone is looking.

The 50 year wheels are fantastic on this car, we may be installing a set on a black car soon. Will post photos if/when it happens. Thoughts on these?

OP, I like the simpler look as the Targa has a lot going on already. That aside, would love to see more pics of your car, very beautiful.
