Call PCNA and open up a case with them.
4 times is more than enough.

Or;

Take it to another dealership.

I would guess it's the sensor in the passenger seat that could be malfunctioning.

It's either a loose connection /senors at one of the airbags or a loose connection in the cluster.

If it's intermittent then you'll have to figure out a way to duplicate it.

Is it heat related? Only happens in the afternoon on hot days?
Is it road surface / vibration realated.
After you've had a passenger in the car?

I would call PCNA and go through them. Warranty issues are nothing more than an irritant for these dealerships.

But being able to narrow down when it happens will make this so much easier on your sanity.
