The Porsche clear coat is very soft. Will be a breeze to correct, but also obviously very touchy to maintain!
At least it's not black! My old black Porsche would show marks just by looking at it! Even with my OCD washes, etc..
Thanks for the advice! Not saying I would've gone in hot with Meg's, but may not even need Menz FG400. Maybe just a final stage polish and call it a day. I concur on the black. I will never own another black car again. Woefully painful to maintain and looking at it not only induces marring, but reintroduces new swirls.
Not a custom color. I ordered the sapphire blue from the pallet of colors. Yeah the front lip has some rash. I ordered a new one. I guess porsche decided to not install it. I did check a few boxes on the options list. I thought the LED option was pretty cool. Probably not worth it though. Well now I know it's not worth is as Todd is driving the car. Enjoy the car. It was taken care of and all maintenance was done by Porsche of Colorado Springs. Oh yeah, it was opti coated as well.

Will! I was wondering if you were on here. Front lip, none issue, I've scraped a few and it's just part of a good squat. I do appreciate your taste, and the care. I was 50/50 on it being opti-coated. I've actually never seen a vehicle with it up close or felt the paint of a car with it. Noticed swirls on the left rear quarter, may make it a winter project, polishing it off, buff out, reapply.
Per the LED option, did you by chance ever get on coming traffic flashing their brights at you?
As a FYI, it's not a daily driver, so it won't see winters and will be well loved.

Yes sir. I am here occasionally. If you have any questions let me know. Don't know what you plan on doing for the front when it's plate time but I have the millworks front license plate holder. I also have some wheel mounting guide bolts if your interested. CHEAP.
Hello all. Just wanted to say hello, as I'm a new P-car owner. Sold a RS5 and moved into a 911 Carrera. Pretty excited. Was sad to see my Audi go. But, I will say, I now have that ear to ear grin, which was non-present on the RS5. It's sort of like seeing your first set of boobies, that's how I feel about this car. Or love, that works as well.

I'll take that Millworks off of you, help you pay for the SC. Life isn't so bad after all.

Crazy how that works. I seriously conned her into getting it, so she wouldn't drive my Audi when I was traveling; which she still would. I'd say, "I don't know why you want to drive the Audi, it's dogcrap slow vs. your X5M". Never worked, forbidden fruit I suppose. She doesn't know how to drive a manual, so we're good...for now.

Hey bro. For a friend $40 (paid $84 + shipping) plus I will give you the guide bolts. All h/w is new. I used the old one on the BMW. The only thing not new is the bolt that goes to the tow hook.
