What is a "P-car" ?
But you understood what was being referred to by a P-car or possibly a d-bag? I'm assuming as much or maybe you Googled it and thought I was referring to the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape, also referred to as PCAR? I've heard Porsche referred as a P-car by many. Excellent use of the English prose and a well earned gold star to place on your forehead for the rest of the day.
After I ordered my car, for the longest time it was all I could talk about. Heck, before that I was so excited about the opportunity, I would talk about the car every day and all day. Not too long after the deposit was put down, I was told by my wife that each time I say Porsche, she gets a new pair of shoes. Since then, I would only ever say P-car. I think I've saved myself a few hundred dollars since I started using the term. Honestly, I was surprised I wasn't the only one who did, but online, no shortcuts, Porsche.
That's funny. This is on a forum where it seems that a solid 80% of the contributors don't know the difference between your and you're, it or it's, and that's assuming that they even bothered with proper punctuation or capitalization.
I'm just happy that they don't misspell the "P" in P-car and thrilled beyond tears if they use the big p.

Mercedes Benz has MB, Bayerische Motoren Werke has BMW, and Porsche has P-car lol. It's just a forum thing. People are lazy and tries to abbreviate everything. I don't think I've ever heard anyone say P-car in a conversation.
