Absolutely stunning Targa! Congrats and kudos on a great build. Being a previous Cab owner I'm curious how you're finding the wind noise/buffeting compared to your Cab. To me it's negligible.

I was a Targa skeptic, but with the top down, it's a beautiful car. Congrats.

Thanks for all the kind words.
Only 175 miles so far, but a few early insights. With Targa closed, significant difference in solidity or rigidity vs 997.2 cab. I drove a 991 coupe for a week, targa feels no different, a solid delight. Love the open air option, suspension, PSE, 18way seats, and LEATHER. With top open more buffeting, but not problematic. Such a lovely car with top open. Not news, but new PDK much smoother, more precise than 997.2 pdk. Driving in manual is a pleasure. Following break-in recommendations, so a lot to look forward to on the performance front. The car does get a lot of praise.

I too paid for a film on a 997 but I wonder whats the point. IF you keep a a car for 10 years, fine I understand. But if you are only keeping it for 3-5 years and then selling, why blow 2 grand on a coating that a dealer does not really care about giving you credit for it at trade?

seems like a waste to me.
