How much do you pay for car insurance?
When adding my latest car to policy I realized I had been signed up for crap I did not need from geico like roadside assistance and car rental coverage etc.
It's not that much bit I was sort of miffed in that it is totally unnecessary given that my cars are new and under warranty.
Caveat emptor: ask geico for breakdown of costs.

I pay a little over 1500 dollars a year. I have held a clean driving record for the past five years so that helps. I'm currently with GEICO and I reside in Florida if that counts for anything. I would leave GEICO and take a risk with another company but according to insurance sites GEICO offers the best rates. https://quoteraters.com/monthly-car-insurance/
I've been hearing good things about Esurance and USAA. My friend actually gets a sweet deal from USAA, but I'm just not sure if they will accept me.

I'm the big looser here.
No accidents or tickets in 5 years... My wife and I and our Two Teenage Boys on policy (18 and 19), (My BMW and Wife's Audi are on my Company Policy)
With Nationwide / Allied, they were the cheapest. The 4 cars at $777 per month.
DD 1 2016 Fiesta ST $280 / mo
DD 2 2017 Mazda 3 2.0 AT (the slow one). $286 / mo... yes the 3 is MORE than the ST!!
Toy 1 2001 Bullitt Mustang ( in storage driven 2 days a month) $123 / mo
Toy 2 2000 Miata ( rarely driven on street, my HPDE / Autox car) $88 / mo
Now, I recently Moved the Mustang and Miata to Hagerty, now $114 per month for both.

All these insurance rate comparisons are totally meaningless if not for exactly the same liability coverage and deductibles. You can't compare apples and oranges....It's like asking what did you pay for your Porsche with different model years, mileage, and model designation.
Unnecessary charges Florida
Yes like in Florida where they will sell you uninured
Motorist coverage. It is only for medical and if you already have medical insurance you are insuring the same thing twice. Like buyers and sellers title insurance on a house. SCAM !
