Exhaust "Gundo" Hack on 991

Sure many 997 owners were familiar with the famous "Gundo" hack by welding s small pipe in the exhaust between the inlet and outlet pipes to give a sound very close to PSE. I for one did this mod and added sport cats and was very pleased with the sound.

Wanted to see if anyone tried this on the 991 or if it is even possible. Not sure how the 991 exhaust design is compared to the 997.

Thanks

Not 100%, but the mufflers look the same on the 996 and 991. The 991 side mufflers have the same closed outlet, which is where I'm assuming the outlet pipe is welded on the hack.

Do you have a sound clip of your exhaust with the alteration?

I've been considering this for a while also.
