Exhaust tip options

Just wanted to gauge some opinions and get some first hand opinions.

Want to get black tips and have three options:
1) Fabspeed gloss black quad tips. Sort of a backup option. Want more of a flat black color to match the new HREs but I love the size of these tips.

2) powder coat stock tips. This is the cheapest option but I want something a bit bigger.

3) eBay CF tips. I love the look of these tips but am skeptical as they are from a Chinese eBay co.
Anyone bought a set? http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item...d=161429664535

Any additional suggestions would be great.

Love the CF. Consider searching Aliaba for pieces like this. I've gotten a couple nice pieces, which have been of very high quality. Over half the cost of these pieces is attributable to labor, which as we all know, is much lower in China.

These black ones look great. If you have the sport exhaust tips, just get them refinished. They look the best over any aftermarket ones, and the least expensive route.

I powder coated mine which is extremely durable at very high temps. This is how they coat engine/motor cycle parts that are exposed to high temps to avoid the finish from failing.

If spraying, you need to get the right finish which this ceramic route sounds like the way to go.

I painted mine with a ceramic spray paint. Cost was around $10.00 and about 4 hours including the baking process in the oven, they are now about 4 months old and still perfect. Got the specs on the paint from someone on here.

There's many more color options than that. FI (Frequency Intelligent) offers a huge assortment for their exhausts

Let me know if you're interested in any of these options!
