idiot in Ferrari causes GTR to crash
This.
Also, do either of these cars have black box data collectors, which many vehicles have now, which continuously records recent data that may include items such as throttle angle, speed ,yaw and G sensors, gears, RPMs, braking , steering angle in the minutes leading up to a crash , for investigative/ forensic purposes as well as manufacturer analysis in failures .
I.e., what you state better jibe with the data , when there is no video .

Depends on your definition of racing..... If two cars are both driving a high speeds passing traffic in a reckless way... in roughly the same physical space close enough to collide with one another I'd call it racing... Or close enough that the distinction doesn't matter..

Spoken like a defense attorney.
Viewing on a 27" screen shows a slightly different perspective than on a laptop or iPad.
When the GTR first appears on the left side of the screen, his brakes lights were already lit. For a split second, although the Ferrari has already passed the car with the dashcam as is swerving over to the left lane, it almost seems like the GTR was going faster and about to pass the Ferrari ...even though he was already standing on his brakes.
