TPM QUESTION (probably dumb)
This maybe a dumb question
but can i use a set of OEM RIMS/tyres with TPM sensors, on a car that does not have the TPM Function? Think it should be fine but just want to double check before i buy some Rims off a friend. Tks

What kind of car are you planning to mount Porsche rims? AFAIK Porsche stud spacing (5x130mm) is unique in the automobile world. Unless you run adapters they will not fit correctly if at all. Other than that the TPM system will not effect anything on the new car.
Is TPM not standard on 991s in the UK? I have it on my base 2013 in the US and am pretty sure that it is standard here. I had thought that it was probably standard everywhere. Although I still verify tire pressures manually on occasion, the ability to do a quick check via TPM is nice.
