instrument dial color

Any opinions on whether yellow or red instrument dials and sport chrono dials look better in the daytime, photos would be great. Working on a config.

thanks.

Red can look good. Yellow, on the other hand, is too bright IMO, and really stands out in a bad way depending on the lighting conditions and the interior color. With lighter instrument panels, you actually see all of the cutouts for the warning lights and indicators.

The orange needle on Red gives no contrast. If all the various Porsche instrument colors I've had, my favorite have been the white dials. High contrast value, easy to read in all lighting conditions and a quick glance gives you accurate visuals.

Have Red dial faces on my Macan and they are difficult to read in part light. Have White on my 991 S Cab and no issues reading in any light. Should have stayed with White faces over the red.
