What do you think? Sure looks like it... I pity the fool who buys this lemon.

Looks like it to me. There are a number of rarer options on the car that would be extremely unlikely to be put together twice:

1) Leather interior trim (instead of aluminum)
2) Deviated Stitching
3) Blue Seat Belts
4) Black gauges
5) Glass roof
6) Sport techno wheels

Wow, check out the carfax report. "Branded Title: Buyback/Lemon." First time I've ever seen that.

Hey, it clearly says "car died, smelled like smoke/repaired." What could go wrong?

Don't worry folks, it's been fixed!

I think all of the GT3's that Porsche bought back from owners that didn't want them with an engine change have branded titles as a buyback.

I'm impressed with this dealer's honesty, with the full disclouser.

Plot twist: whoever buys it never has a single issue and makes a youtube video about how reliable their Porsche is.

I'm sure carfax would tell that to any prospective buyer, and lets be honest, Porsche buyers are a little smarter than the average car buyer and will check out any used one.

Expect that such a deal might attract a non-Porsche buyer though. And you know what they say: "if it's too good to be true, ..."

It's the law, not the dealer's honesty. If the title is branded, you can't hide it.

This car has been for sale for at least six months or more. It has a dark cloud over it!

I simply do not understand why PCNA would not take this car out of circulation.
Why not bury this certified lemon and be done with all the bad publicity. Heck, use it for one of your DE cars.
Are these people so arrogant and out of touch that they simply cannot accept that one of their cars was not roadworthy? Albeit a one off case, but come on people..

^ +1 that VIN should be barred from future vehicle registration, permanently!
