Looks like it to me. There are a number of rarer options on the car that would be extremely unlikely to be put together twice:
1) Leather interior trim (instead of aluminum)
2) Deviated Stitching
3) Blue Seat Belts
4) Black gauges
5) Glass roof
6) Sport techno wheels

I think all of the GT3's that Porsche bought back from owners that didn't want them with an engine change have branded titles as a buyback.
Plot twist: whoever buys it never has a single issue and makes a youtube video about how reliable their Porsche is.

I'm sure carfax would tell that to any prospective buyer, and lets be honest, Porsche buyers are a little smarter than the average car buyer and will check out any used one.
Expect that such a deal might attract a non-Porsche buyer though. And you know what they say: "if it's too good to be true, ..."

Why not bury this certified lemon and be done with all the bad publicity. Heck, use it for one of your DE cars.
