I have a 991 Carrera S bought in the United States and exported to Europe. Does anyone know how to change radio from receiving only uneven decimals to receive signals in all decimal places, as we have in Europe? Is there a secret menu that can be activated with a few odd keystrokes, like Volvo have to change the radio reception ? My Swedish Porsche mechanic did not know anything.

 

I do not think that such a relatively small manufacturer like Porsche have different hardware PCM module depending on the different markets, but that most are controlled via software. But maybe I'm wrong and that the radio reception part must be replaced. Some ideas ?

 

I don't know, but would think it is a software versus hardware issue. Take it into a local Porsche service and I am sure they can resolve this issue for you.

I have not got any solution of my radioproblem. My porsche service did not know. Maybe someone in Germany has an answer.
