2016 991.1 911 gtswhite 7 speed manual transmission pasm sport suspension aerokit cup led headlights in black pdls etc........................................ After driving a 2014 991.1 c2s 7mt for 19 months and 26k very enjoyable miles, i knew i would have to have a 911 in my life for as long as i live. Suspecting that the 991.1 gts might be the last na 911 with a manual transmission made it even more desirable for me, so here it is after a five month waiting period from reserving the production slot to cut off ordering date to actual car production and final delivery. I prefer na/high rpm engines and i think is quite sad that they are going away. I am adding this na 3.8 liter h6 to my garage that includes a na 2.0 liter i4 from my 03 ap1 s2000 and a na 4.0 liter v8 from my 12 e92 m3. To me it is all about the senses the more connection and sound the better. I only had the car for a few days but the car definitely looks good, especially the wider rear stance and all the black gts accents which make a great contrast with the white color of the car. First driving impressions after 400 miles of driving, the car feels as an overall tighter package than the c2s and the manual transmission definitely feels smoother. This manual transmission is as good as it gets along with the s2ks. The clutch does feel shorter which it is great for quick shifting. The engine does feel like it revs more freely. It also feels quicker once the rpms get going. It seems that exhaust sound is bit louder on the downshift than on the c2s with pse, it is more noticeable on the auto-blip while down shifting. Thats all for now
cheers
this is a keeper

Big fan of your car. I'm not a fan of the aerokit rear spoiler, but yes I think she's a keeper!
You mentioned you drove your last 991 26k miles in 19 months. Will you drive this car that much as well?

The rear grill in this picture is black. I thought when you get the Aerokit Cup, Porsche replaces the black grill with the standard colored one. Did the car came with the Aero Kit or was an later add on? Thanks and enjoy the car! Mine is coming in 2 weeks and I'm fighting with buying remorse as we speak.. I feel very guilty!

I've never had a white Porsche...but this white GTS I have has gotten more positive compliments and thumbs-up than any Porsche I've ever owned. And the sound it makes over about 5000 rpm, hard on the throttle, is worth the price of admission.

Such a beautiful car.. love it! I ordered one back in October and I am supposed to get delivery sometime this month, but I feel buyer's remorse and I'm about to back off and lose my $10k deposit.. I even started a thread about it - so pathetic lol Congratulations and enjoy your beautiful car!!

There really isn't much out there that can provide the overall experience and performance of the 991 S. I am considering (half heartedly) in selling mine but no idea what to replace with. If the GT3 had back seats that would probably be it.

I remember researching how to put back seats in a GT3 about 5 years ago... The answer to this dilemma is the 911 GTS.
