Spark plugs question

Hi guys,

I don't get much help on the Panamera forum so I wanted to get some advice from the 991 forum, I was having hesitation and car was very low on performance, dealer told me everything was good, I took the air sensor out and it was coated on oil, I took care of that, hesitation improved a lot, also I wanted to check plugs so I went replacing them and found one that had a crack and also a little bit of the insulator missing, hopefully I don't have damage on the engine, this car is MY14 with only 12k miles

After 2 days of the new plugs I went in again to check them and the same plug is coated in carbon, not sure what is considered normal or running lean..

Anyways what you guys think about the plug, considered normal?

todd92 is infamous around these parts
There is no carbon on that spark plug.

If there was a misfire and/or hesitation, how could the dealer declare it normal?

How do you get oil on the MAF sensor?

The insulator is external to the engine, why are you worried about damage to the engine?

Seems like unusual problems, especially for a car with 12K miles.

Because there is no CEL
I already told the dealer car was running rough, had hesitation and a lot of load when pressing any electronic button, I started on my own.

The air sensor now is located on the back of the intake a Tech told my S.A it was normal 😕
Thats what I was told

The insulator is broken and Thiking a little tiny piece could be inside the cylinder.

After the plug change car runs ok for a bit and sometimes rough I can think this can also be related to something electric. Anyways

This are the 2 plugs after two days

Guessing the little piece of insulator is gone out the exhaust side about 5 seconds or less after it broke.

The plug problem may also be a gas problem, see if this continues after you go through a few tanks of good premium gas....Shell, Chevron. Etc.

Do you have another dealer around you? Get a second opinion.

I've been using Chevron 93 and also BG44k
I have some weird gremlins with acceleration and hesitation, I'm getting a little bit of a tapping sound with the new plugs, one dealer told me plugs are normal, thats how they get and stayed like that till 30k..

But before the plug replacement car was sluggish , thinking of calling PCNA
