Awesome mods! Congrats! To follow on to the question, was $2K including the parts and labor? I'm inspired. I have a factory sunroof, but would've loved to have the glass moonroof.

No the $2k in parts for the moon roof and new seals to ensure things stayed watertight and there were no leaks or anything. Labor was $314 (2hrs). Only thing that sucks is that you do lose the motorized sunshade option with the retrofit but since I always kept mine open when I had one in previous cars it wasn't a big deal. I had them add ceramic 5% nano-tint to darken my sunroof a bit and add more protection against the AZ sun. So far I don't even miss that option (sliding sun shade). Thanks

Congrats on the swap, both cars look fantastic but in my opinion you're going to have more fun with the Carrera. I love the added mods you did to set it apart and I'm sure it sounds great too!

We have seen some great gains with the Cobb and a pro-tune. If I can be of any assistance please feel free to contact me!

The wife and a good price are prerequisites! Let me know if/when you have a sale coming up! She may consider granting permission.

I would love to add PSE, that's the only option I'm missing on my 997.2. I'll have to check with my dealer what it would cost to add. Mind if I ask what the labour was for the PSE?

Still will be cheaper than trading up.

I see you did the moon roof retrofit. My dealer told me that this could not be done.Where did you buy the parts and how much was the install and parts together, if you don't mind sharing.
You can PM me. Thanks in advance. I like what you are doing.
