rolling race from 25 to 100 with GT3
Recently put a GIAC tune and Soul Performance 200cell HJS cat on my car and it just sounds mean and feels Much quicker.
my buddy and I today did a few runs and we were kneck and kneck to 100 I was thinking I might be pulling a bit on him when u let off the gas.
I am thinking on a launch id pull better on him as the Torque on my car is much higher.
either way was fun!

I watched the new Motor Trend review on the new GTS- they were saying it is very close to GT3 in speed, even on a track.
Torque at rpm basically is horsepower (multiply torque and rpm and divide by conversion factor). The 3.0 and 4.0 are very different engines but each has their advantages. The 3.0 has very usable power for low-mid revs coming out of corners, etc. I had a chance to drive the 3.0 yesterday in a GTS and it was very impressive.

HP = Torque * RPM / 5252
which explains the GT3 performance characteristics, it’s a much higher revving engine. At RPM above 5252 the GT3 engine will continue to produce power even as the torque declines.
