Help! 991.2 Pricing question

Hello, I am a new member and am looking to become a first time Porsche buyer! I am looking for a 7 speed manual transmission Carrera S. My local dealership has one on the lot, its a 2017 911 Carrera S, MSRP $129k selling for $116k because it was a demo car and has over 350 miles on it. The car was built in 10/16 which means its been around a while. The link is below. Can someone please help me understand if this is a good price for the car and maybe take a stab at explaining why its been on sale for over a year? Is there something I'm missing? Finally what is a good counter offer to get the car?

https://www.porschewest.com/new/Pors...b9bb29be02.htm

Thanks in advance for your help and guidance!

it's hard to tell from the options list which does seem to be only basic which is not bad these days for Porsche. There are other options that I can't tell if they are there which are not paramount to Porsche drivers but are only aesthetics. All being said I would offer ten less and stand on 113k or based on what I cant see or know from the options list. just my .02 peace and happy buying
