991.2 Apple Carplay Bugs ios12

My 2017 911 has Apple Carplay worked great with iphone with ios 11.

Upgraded to ios 12 and now 12.1, but have issues with Apple Music and Carplay always asking me for apple id password and wont play requested songs.

Anyone else with same bug?

Any fixes? What a bummer.

Mine worked fine with 12 upgrade. I recently download 12.1 but haven't tried CarPlay with it yet.

But do you use carplay with Apple Music Subscribion service?

I have no idea why anyone uses CarPlay. Apple music, if that's your main use, is deliberately sent in a lower bit rate to prevent "music piracy". And that, my friends, is total bull****.
