Originally was going to install the OEM Aerokit spoiler however the aerokit spoiler I ordered was heavily delayed so I ended up canceling the order. I ended up ordering a carbon fiber GT3 style wing from Darwin Pro on eBay just to see If I liked it since it was relatively inexpensive. I could always reverse back to stock if I hated it or the fit was messed up. The fit ended up being spot on and it turned out to look pretty awesome actually. Installation was very straightforward, only annoying part is I got a warning over 75mph that there is a spoiler failure, but getting that reprogrammed to not show up next week. Overall i'm pretty happy with how it turned out!
What hardware did you use due to the fact that latches at a different location and did you have to change your wiring harness
you need the gt3 wing mounting bracket it replaces the latch! - they’re going for 4.5k online 🤮 - I got mine from Poland and imported it to Uk half the price

I'm actually working on this now, I think I got a more (but not complete) assembly to start with. I've got a 991.1 C2S and got a decklid+wing+light + cross member (the part that sits above the bumper all the way across that has the latch in it)+ fan shroud from a 991.1 GT3. Currently just looking at each part I am missing the hinges and the support cylinder (the strut) to actually attach this to my car, so I'm waiting on those to get started. I also think I will need professional help to wire up the rear latch and the light bar. So far I'm starting at $3000 paid for all of the parts I've received, so I'm a bit far away from the 10k GBP you ended up with, dang!
in UK the wing / spoiler is $3000+ on its own! The fitting is quite easy itself just as long as you have all the parts above!!

ok so I got most everything figured out except the wiring harness for the rear latch and the fans. Do you have the part number for that?
I might be missing some parts, the big cross member that had the latch on it has just the latch and no other parts and I don't want to cannabalize my OEM parts. Top part is the gt3 part, bottom is my oem powered spoiler
