2012 - Carrera S - is this a good deal?

Hi all- looking for some advice on if this is a good deal. I know I want the 991.1 and rear wheel coupe. Thans in advance.

2012 Carrera S coupe. Msrp - close to $129k. 24k miles. Car is CPOd and asking almost $70k.

great condition, we’ll maintained, carfax shows regular service.

Spec looks good, except for not having full leather interior. Take a look online on interior with and without full leather interior, it made a huge difference when you are inside. My 1st Porsche didn't have Full Leather Interior and it always feel missing that luxury feel. I got a 2012 991.1S the start stop feature not the smoothness comparing to 2014 models, lot of little annoying things here and there for 2012 991.1.

CPO is should be expiring soon as well, so check to see when it expire. I would said $65K is fair price

A little over a year ago I sold my $150,000 speced 2012.5 for $70. It had 24k miles.
