No AM radio in USA ?

 

No AM radio on the 992.

 

How do you listen to locate news?

 

Probably through a streaming service? Podcasts maybe?

It's highly unusual to see AM radio dismissed like this.. I love me some sports talk radio

 

Really no excuse for this IMHO.
Porsche's so big on chargeable options....can't believe they missed this beat but even more-so.....that they didn't gauge better their U.S. Market.

You're right and it is unfortunate. However, even the Taycan has wifi included for 3 years. Most people will just stream their podcasts or use XM radio. I’ve been having to use iHeart radio just to get some of the sports talk channels I normally listen to here in the Bay Area. It’s just that day and age where everything is going digital, and AM radio is now considered a dinosaur to most.

 

Yep.....I get it.
And I am the dinosaur.
In-glass A.M. antenna was less than great also.........iHeart is the ticket.
