I want to Spec an Order for a 2021 Base 911 for a 3 Yr. Lease.

While I may Buy the car for the Residual at the End of the Lease, I definitely want the Option to Walk Away and Buy/Lease the next great thing in 3 Years.

I live in California so I don't need any Cold Weather Options.

I also want to stay under the Porsche Maximum Residual Value, so I don't want to Order a ton of Options.

leasing a Porsche model is an excellent option for drivers who will drive under 20,000 miles per year, and selecting a plan with lower mileage will often reduce your monthly payment.

 

you need a lift option, Front Axle Lift System 2UH. I love it, it is a MUST for me to go in and out of driveway and parking.

 

MRM is $122,600 I believe. Much higher than it was 5 yrs ago when I got my 991.2.

popular options: Glass roof; Bigger wheels; Bose stereo: power folding mirrors; GT steering wheel. That puts you around $111k. From there you can do power seats, leather interior etc..

There are some options you can add afterward (for a cost) like sport exhaust.
