Need help with 992 and active Matrix lights(NOT IN US)

Can anyone with a 992 and active dynamic Matrix headlights test their car and tell me at what speed the dynamic high beams activate (blue light comes on) in low ambient light? I need feedback from Australian, Asian, Chinese and European(non German) market cars. It know the German cars activate at 60kph but I’m trying to find a country code that activates them at a much lower speed. I will be eternally grateful for any info on activation speed you can provide me with, 🙏
