Too good to be true?

Saw this on autotrader. 1996 993 turbo with 46K miles for $22K. So either something is seriously wrong with the car or the seller is clueless. I emailed him to verify the price and he is truly selling for that amount. The car is currently in Crofton, MD. Any 6 speeders in that area to go look at the car?
Seems very very fishy.
