My interior project Phase I (photos)

I just finished the Phase I of my 993 interior project.

This what I did:

Re-dye all grey leather in black (Surflex from Colorplus.com)
Aluminum gauge trim from the German guy (99% OEM look)
CF interior trim from Ebay
Sparco 325 wheel from a local shop
Black OEM Porsche floor mats

Here's the before shot:

And here's after my modifications:

Phase II is going to include removal of all sound deadening, removal of grey carpeting, removal of all interior in the rear. Install RS carpet etc.

Wow that looks sooo much better. I really like the wheel too. Something about the wheel and the carbon fiber updates the look, which is great considering it seems like porsche kept the same interior for 20 years.

Excellent results with the dye and that steering wheel looks great!
If it was me, I would have skipped the Carbon but that's just a personal preference.

Much nicer! Why does your gas pedal look off?

Thanks guys!

The gas pedal has an add-on 'heel-n-toe' piece installed by the previous owner. It looks crooked (and is) but based on my last track weekend, it works like a charm!
