Price Check on 993 Targa

Hi Guys,
Totally dig my 993TT and thinking of a 993 Targa as a DD. What should I be paying (retail) for a 1997 Targa? Assume 43k miles, well optioned, very good shape. A range is more than fine

Also, I know that the targa top can be troublesome if it's not maintained. Any other issues and/or recalls on the 993 Targa that I should be aware of if I actually get to the PPI stage?

Lastly, if anyone has a '96-97 Targa that they might be parting with please send me a PM.

Many, many thanks in advance!

DAVID

Targa's are really hard to find. There are not a lot of them out there!

On the low end, $30k (over 50kmi, needs some work), $45k (under 50kmi, perfect body, great interior, no work, no stories) on the high end.

Make sure the whole roof works, & it doesn't leak or make noise. There also a little heavier then other 993's including the cabrio.

I looked for a while, & was disappointed with what I found for the money, so I ended up getting my 95 C4 instead, but still LUST after a Targa!
