I bought my PSS-10s from Viper Bob over at Vortex Motorsports in Tampa Florida. Was very satisfied with the product and service. No affiliation, just a happy customer.

Stever Weiner also sells them I think, and he enjoys a great reputation as well, at least on Rennlist.com

The PSS0-10s were $2200 I think. I say I think because I also bought new TRG sway bars, front and rear. Total for everything was $3K, and it is arguably the best mod you can make for the weak stock shocks that came with the 993.
