My OLD ride height on Eibach springs and super blown plain Jane 993 shocks.

I can hear it already: "I like the old ride height better!" haha. Trust me the old RIDE was soooooo bad and scraped and rubbed on EVERYTHING and handled like ****. It was miserable.

I checked out Carnewal.com and wow they have so much cool stuff for 993s!!! But I emailed them in regards to shipping to the U.S. and they haven't gotten back to me yet. Is there a U.S. based company/website that has a great 993 parts (esp exterior/interior) selection like Carnewal.com? All I know of is Pelican Parts and Fabspeed so far. What I really want is a replica Turbo S wing, because I don't want to pay 5 grand for an unpainted OEM one from Fletcher Jones. Anyone know of a place? I've looked at Mashaw.com too.

Your best bet is Carnewal. Gert (the owner) is awesome and shipping is fast to the US. I haven't found a better place that sells factory RS parts.

Get coil overs if you have the $$, I would suggest the PSS9's. I had H&R coilover (not just springs) on my turbo and it rode pretty rough with 18's and like an Ox cart with 19's.

I have the PSS9's and 18's now (no pics yet) and it rides good and its pretty low. I even live in the city and its tolerable...

Which wheels did you end up with?

I installed the MO30 kit a few years ago and with the 18" RH P3's the rear tires were rubbing. I ended up having to take it to a body shop and they had to roll the fenders. I don't recall how much the kit lowered the car, but I think the back dropped about an inch. Looks fine to me and you didn't have to run down to the body shop....nice car.

Hey Mikster, PLEEEEEASE post some pics of your car's rear end. I am desperately wanting to put a Turbo wing just like yours on my 95 993 and want to see what it looks like from the back. Also please tell me where you bought your Turbo wing. Is it an OEM Turbo Wing or a replica? You can PM me if you want. Thanks a lot! 1995! great year hehe.

It's an OEM tail. Was bought from the dealer. This was the only thing the previous owner did to the car. He was in tight with the service manager at the Porsche dealership and picked it up. Was $2,700 back in 96. I bought it in '97. Here are a few more pics. Definitely something that stands out on the car....
