I am replacing the stock driving lights with the Turbo S air duct and built in position light. Apparently the Turbo S did not have a separate driving light switch like the non-turbo 993 does. Has anyone re-wired the Turbo S light so that it can still be controlled by the light switch? They are 2 different connectors (OEM driving light is a 2-pin round connector whereas the postition light harness is a square 2-pin connector). Does anyone know where to find these 2-pin connectors? Thanks.

 

If the correct wiring is already there and its just an issue of the connectors not mating up.

There should be little "prongs" on the pins inside the connectors. Use a small tool to depress the prong so you are able to slide the pin and wire out of the connector.

When the wires and prongs are free from the connectors, put them back into connectors so all mate up correctly.

Note your positive and ground.
