Should I Buy: Litronic or Aftermarket HID Kit????
Ok guys. Dilemma! I can get a set of OEM Porsche Litronic headlights with EVERYTHING I need to fit them to my 1996 C4S for $1900. OR I can get a set of Aftermarket HIDs for around $300. WHat should I do? I have heard that the 993 Litronic headlights tend to go bad after time. THey are obviously VERY expensive....are they worth it? Is there anything else to the setup besides just a Xenon bulb/balast? If this is the case, shouldnt i just save my $1600 and get a set of McCullogh HIDs? PLEASE advise me! I am lost! Also, what is the hi-beam bulb size, low-beam bulb size, and fog light bulb size?

Aftermarker or OEM is your call. I have some aftermarkets that cost $500. The make an incredible difference in visibility are are more than worth it. Mine came from HID-online (or something like that).
High beams are H1 bulbs (the same as the low beams). I believe the fog lights are an H3.

So i need two sets of H1 bulbs, and 1 set of H3 bulbs? Sounds good! i cna get all three sets for like $1200 and have $800 to invest into a downpayment on some GT3 seats! Any other inight is very helpful! ANy brand I should buy? Phillips? Hella? McCullough?
Maybe I misunderstood.
You can replace the stock H1 low beams with a HID kit. You can not/should not replace the high beams with HID bulbs as HID bulbs take a while to warm up. I would also not change the fog lights.
With HID bulbs instead of the stock low beams, you will find that the high beams are almost unnecessary.
