What is the best choice for oil in my 1997 Porsche 911?
While Brad Penn is a great oil, it's not a full synthetic, so you have to change it more often. ALWAYS use a multi viscosity.
I just switched to Motul "specific" it's specifically made for Porsches. I noticed my car run smoother & quieter with it. Of course it has ZDDP, that everyone is so scared about not having.
No clue on the actual amount of ZDDP, but it does have it in there. I was told the specific had more then the normal Motul.
I would run Brad Penn, but don't want to change the oil more then once a year & it's about the same price as the Motul.
