Need advice or opinions on buying a C4

I am looking at a black 1995 C4 with tan interior. It has 131,000 miles on it, excellent condition (I've driven it several times), and almost perfect paint. It was just inspected here in PA. It belongs to my brother-in-law's brother. He already has a '97 turbo and a 993 race car so he is looking to sell the '95, preferably to someone in the family. That's where I come in. I would get a PPI and leakdown test done before buying. Assuming these test results are okay, what kind of price seems reasonable? I have been searching Rennlist, local dealerships that specialize in used Porsches, and general classifieds. I think maybe $23000 or $24000 would be a good price but I don't really know. Anybody out there have opinions on this?

Thanks in advance.

If you can pick it up for that price it is a decent deal. It does have a lot of miles on it, but you should be alright. Do some research on the 95 model, I think it had some issues that some of the later 993's didn't being the first of the body style.
Definately a PPI. Here's a pic to whet your appetite.

The price isn't bad, but you would think he would give family a better deal.
