It looks like some fast cars showed up.

 

I hear Tommy was having trouble hooking up (w/ 1400 whp). That Ford GT really puts the power down.

Tommy is only running about 1000-1100 rwhp. He has never run or made more than about 1250 rwhp. No point in turning up the boost if you can't hook 1000-1100.

 

Wow, those are some mighty fast times!!! Congratulations to all the 6Speed guys, including EVOMS and Marty, for outstanding runs. 184 with 700 hp is very impressive Marty. 185 for EVOMS' 6xx hp car is also very impressive. I woould love to hear more about the Bello's 993TT and the Hefner Ford GT TT . . . absolutely incredible times!!

dear lord......last year its in the 2teens, this year there may be five+ cars at 220+

 

I've seen Ray Hoffman's GT (in person) run faster than that on pump gas. I called them and they said it was a shakedown run. Stock motor plus turbos, and it has Penske shocks.

It should go quite a bit faster in better air on a full run, given that with the good gas it'll have a couple hundred more horse than when I saw it run.
