Had it not gone to caution in the last 15 minutes, Porsche would have taken Audi again & the overall win.........something pretty unfair about how a course caution (on a different car) can end updetermining who the overall winner is.
They were turning similer lap times.....Capello would not have caught Dumas unless the caution 'bunch up' put him close enought to take him in the straights (here he wasn't before the caution).
I know it's all part of racing.........but the 'result' has nothing to do with driver & team skill.
The 'result' belongs in NASCAR......it so belongs there, it's typical there.
