3M Bra removal

Has anyone had a car with the 3M stuff on it and removed it? I'm looking at a car that has it and I really don't want it. I am concerned about damage to the car if it is removed. Any input would be great!

I had it removed once and replaced after repainting the lip on my 01TT - no problems...

Roy - take it to a body shop and let it heat up under the lamps - it practically will become mushy then it peels all slowly away - then it needs to be polished like crazy to get all the residue off
