7 useless pounds at the highest point in the car seems like it goes against what the GT2 is all about.

There are several GT700 that have run some decent 1/4 mile times.
What is your best 1/4? If you have not run one yet, you should go up to BIR with Marty the next time (Next year ) he goes up there and run it so that you can get your car on the 1/4 mile list and see how you stack up to GT700's.

I was reading the hood weight instead of the roof. But still, ANY extra weight at the absolute worst place on a car body for weight to be makes no sense.
