N Cali to S Cali...
Heading down south this week and am considering taking the turbo down. Anything I should be alert about while driving down the I-5... Is it Ok to drive non stop to LA Irvine area without any real stops (other than gas). Should I let the car cool off a few times going down south? Just wondering. My 30k maint just got done so a check up was done within a month. Thanks
I don't see any reason why you need to let the car cool off unless you are doing some super high speed driving. I think city stop and go is much worse than freeway driving.
Just drove my 997 TT back and forth from San Francisco to LA on 101 with zero issues and only a couple of minor stops.

The top of the Grape Vine is always loaded with cruisers from Lebec to Castaic. (Dont push it) Be careful coming up to the almost completed construction zone and the last decent and the turns, they waiting!
