Due to my Warranty, changing Turbos isn't really an option. If I do K24's and stick with upSolute, chances are I'll run what a stock x50 runs LOL!

If that $1600-$2000 nets me another 4-6mph in the 1/4 mile its worth it. Thats 40 or 50 more hp.

Is it still the factory warranty? What about k16/24s, dont they look the same on the outside?

I dont think any tune is going to give you 40-50 hp more, and if it does I am in!

Chris, remember the night you and I ran each other in Mexico after leaving Frank-n-Steins? At that particular time the car had an Upsolute K16/24 tune with stock K16s and stock intake/air filter. It pulled surprisingly well. Just a datapoint for you.

Also, with stage 2 K16 tuning, 9ff exhaust and stock airbox the car ran a 10.0 second 60-130 at the Supra TX2K7 meet (there was a headwind, and yes I know everyone says that!).

BTW, I still have a pair of new K16/24s. K. Peters didn't buy them afterall, instead he decided to sell his car! I still have the K16/24 ecu too.

I'd love to swap turbos, but I really need to leave the stockers on a little while longer. I'm getting flack from the family about ruining my "investment" so fast. LOL! So I'm going to wait awhile for new turbos. Though a new tune.. That can come soon because that can be removed with a push of a button
