how much do they go for and how hard is the installation?

 

they're under a 100 bucks and it will be the easiest 'mod' installed on your Porsche other than the passenger-side umbrella -- will take you maybe 1-3 minutes.

 

I have 1 without the mounting stuff you can have for a few beers

Couple of things when installing the hood crest (ask me how I know)
1. Heat the rubber gasket so you can get it to form accurately around the crest.

2. Be careful when tightening the fasteners on the studs. They are very easy to snap off.
