Jim what are you using for your intake setup? I've been thinking about a V-Flow or a AP Intake. Honestly not sure how much it will pickup though. Still have other things I need before that.

Also how much does your car weigh? I came in at 3665 last night with a little more than 1/2 tank of gas.

I think the B&M is good enough man. No idea of the weight as the tracks here don't have any scales (not that you can use anyway). Besides, sounds like you'll have to get a clutch first. Stephen, is that your phone ringing?

Using the EVOM 1bar actuators on my K16's. Squeeze out some more boost (1.4bar) + a sure way to hasten their demise so I can have a convenient excuse to get hybrids...

Correct, running the wastegates on K16s will over spin them and cause them to die sooner than later. The wasteagtes produces results, no doubt about it but you will be cycling turbos more often.

I am also not that worried about my k16s wearing out that much for the same upgrade reasons. What about setting the waste gate to open right at 1Bar (as opposed to 1.4) shouldnt that be a little less stress on those puppies?

Stephan I am thinking about putting the EVO wastegates on my GT2 as a friend of mine said they gave him a steady boost reading and a bigger kick down low on his GT2. My GT2 is stock except for tune and muffler, what is your opinion of wastegates for my car? The reason I am considering changing from the stock ones is even when adjusting mine I don't seem to see 1.0 bar until over 6k rpms and every now and then I see 1.1 bar briefly at the absolute top of the rpms 6800. I would like to see the boost come on sooner and peak out higher, like 1.2 bar at the high rpms.
