AWD to RWD

I had the conversion done today and the car is drastically better IMO. Very nice improvement and brings the car closer to a drivers car IMO. Next will be corner balance and lower the front a little, other than that I am very happy.

Also, no question the car is quicker and more nimble

Glad to hear that you are happy. I did the conversion last Spring and couldn't be any happier. Next upgrade to compliment the RWD conversion will be a Limited Slip Diff (LSD) since various people have told me it's a much needed addition.

Hey Christian, sounds good man! Did you do the whole conversion (a.k.a. "the right way"), or did you just pull the shaft? Did you do this yourself - can you tell us what was removed exactly?

Very tempting winter project, maybe I should wait until I'm out of warranty though...

^A buddy of mine did it, he took everything out. He followed JoeTwints 10 steps, took around 3.5 hours.

Drastically better
