RWDRIFTC2 is infamous around these parts
Mike at Evo Please Call ME

I have been calling and emailing for two months and still can't get a response to my many emails and repeated calls if my Evo 996 turbo air box and my GT2 turbos are in and have shipped yet? Anyone else having any problems reaching them. I get the receiptionsist, but no one is ever in and then I get transferred to someone's voicemail.

While I don't have any personal experience with EVO, if I had ordered those parts and not received them after 2 months......I would cancel the order and give Todd at Protomotive a call. I have never heard a negative comment about his customer service.

I had the same problem, I did not have anything ordered, it did not get that far. Left many messages, never heard from anyone

Sounds like he has been dealing with the receptionist. No one else will take his call.

OP, if they have already charged your credit card for those parts, you need to dispute the charge before it is too late. Then file a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. Companies will never learn to treat their customers with respect if there are no consequences for not doing so.

I was asking myself this same question. I guess if you arent dropping 35K on a GT700 kit then you dont matter.

Man. if can cancel your order, do it... Either cancel your check or have your credit card company reverse charges and move on..To many other great tuners out there that believe in customer service...

As have I, just want to order wastegates, no call back, no email back.
